New EuroDreams Lottery: Coming Soon this November

With its first draw happening on 6th November 2023, the new EuroDreams lottery is one of the biggest lottery games launched in the past 20 years. The game will be launched in all countries which are part of the EuroMillions community and is aimed at young players with ages between 18-35 years.

EuroDreams is an annuity-style lottery, meaning that the jackpots will be spread out across a longer period of time. There are other similar lotteries such as the Daily Grand or 'Grande Vie' in Canada, Set for Life in Australia and the UK, and Cash4Life in the US, but there has never been a game of this kind in Ireland before.

In this case, the jackpot is believed to be up to €20,000 per month for a period of 30 years. There would be multiple prize categories, and the second prize is estimated to be €2,000 per month for a period of five years.

At the moment, as this lottery was recently announced, there are still a few details that need to be officially confirmed. However, we do know that the EuroMillions operators plan to hold the EuroDreams draws twice a week, on Monday and Thursday evenings.

The price of a ticket is expected to be €2.50 per entry, similar to the EuroMillions one. But one thing will differentiate EuroDreams from EuroMillions though. EuroDreams will give you a 1 in 4 chance to win at least the reimbursement of the ticket—much better than EuroMillions which offers 1 in 12 chances.

Keep your eyes peeled as we will update this page once we have more information.
