Another Rollover for the Irish Lottery as Jackpot Reaches €6 Million

The Irish Lottery jackpot has reached €6 million after no players were able to match the six winning numbers selected in Saturday night’s draw. While no ticket holders scooped the jackpot or the second tier prize of €25,000, there were still over 34,000 ticket holders who picked up a cash prize of some kind.

There were 36 lucky ticket holders who won €1,922 each for matching five main numbers while an additional 92 players scooped €189 for matching four main numbers plus the Bonus Ball. The remaining players won amounts between €5 for matching three main numbers and €59 for matching four main numbers. A full prize breakdown can be found on the Lottery Results page.

The last Irish Lottery jackpot winner scooped a €4.4 million prize in the draw held on Saturday 5th July 2014 but the jackpot has rolled over eight times since then.

If you’d like a chance to beat the odds and win an Irish Lottery prize, make sure that you buy your tickets in advance of the draw on Wednesday evening. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking on the Lottery Tickets tab or in person from an authorised retailer. Good luck and have fun!
