The Irish Lottery jackpot is now the highest it has been since March 2012, when the jackpot reached €11.5 million after rolling over thirteen times. This jackpot was shared by two ticket holders, one from the East and one from the North East of Ireland, both of whom took home €5,763,000. This means that if the jackpot is won in the upcoming midweek draw by just one ticket holder, they could become the biggest single winner since the McIntyre family from Belmullet scooped €11 million back in September 2011!
