Irish Lottery News for August 23rd, 2011

Last week, nobody managed to win the Irish Lotto jackpot, which means we’ve now gone five straight drawings without seeing a winner. Of course, this is good news for those looking to win the jackpot since it’ll now be worth well over €4 million. This being said, here’s a look at the numbers you should watch for this coming week:

On Wednesday, August 17th, 2011, the winning Irish Lotto numbers were 4-9-18-38-39-40, and the Bonus Ball was 22. After this drawing, the number 40 had come up two weeks in a row, and 9 had been selected three times in August.

Lotto Plus 1 winning numbers were 5-10-11-29-42-43, and the Bonus Ball was 19. The number 5 is very significant here because it had been selected two weeks in a row after this drawing, and four times throughout August. Lotto Plus 2 winning numbers were 6-10-15-20-31-41, and the Bonus Ball was 12. The number 12 had come up three straight weeks after this Lotto Plus 2 drawing.

Moving to Saturday, August 20th, 2011, the winning Irish Lotto numbers were 1-13-29-34-42-43, while the Bonus Ball was 28. Interestingly enough, there aren’t really any numbers that stick out from this drawing.

Lotto Plus 1 winning digits were 10-13-19-21-43-44, while the Bonus Ball was 28. Both 10 and 43 have been picked two weeks in a row going into the next Lotto Plus 1 drawing. Winning Lotto Plus 2 numbers were 5-6-7-17-35-37, and the Bonus Ball was 21. The number 6 has now come up in two straight Lotto Plus 2 drawings.

The next Irish Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 drawings will happen on Wednesday, August 24th, 2011. As stated before, nobody won last week’s Irish Lotto so the new jackpot will be worth over €4 million. The Lotto Plus 1 jackpot will be worth €350,000, while the Lotto Plus 2 jackpot will offer a €250,000 jackpot.
