The Irish Lotto jackpot for Wednesday 7th January will be worth €5.5 million after players failed to snap up the top prize, worth €4.8 million, in the first draw of the year. The last Irish Lotto jackpot win took place on Wednesday 10th December, when a single ticket holder picked up a pre-Christmas payout of €2.8 million.
The winning numbers for Saturday’s draw were 7, 8, 21, 26, 29 and 42 with Bonus Ball 37. There were over 36,000 prize winners on Saturday night, from the 32,307 ticket holders who matched three main numbers to win €5 to the two participants who won €25,000 for matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball.
