Syndicate Claims €250,000 Easter Millionaire Raffle Prize

Syndicate Claims €250,000 Easter Millionaire Raffle Prize

A lucky Irish Lottery syndicate has come forward this week to claim their €250,000 prize from the special Easter Millionaire Raffle draw.

The syndicate consists of 14 colleagues from the DB Medical Pharmacare in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin who normally play both EuroMillions and Irish Lottery. The group only decided to purchase Easter Millionaire Raffle tickets as they had winnings from a previous draw and as luck would have it, one of the three tickets purchased matched the raffle code 046303 to win the €250,000 prize. The win meant that each syndicate member took home just under €18,000.

The group collected their prize from the National Lottery headquarters in Dublin on Monday and Stephen McKenna, the syndicate’s manager, said collecting the cheque was the best start to the working week. McKenna plans to take his wife on holiday and pay off some of their mortgage with his share of the winnings while fellow syndicate member Gareth Kelly said he plans to upgrade his car and buy a pool table.

The Easter Millionaire Raffle draw took place on Monday 21st April 2014 and, in total, 579 prizes ranging from €250 up to €1 million were awarded. If you still haven’t checked your tickets from the draw, we advise you do so immediately to see if you were a winner.

All 579 winning codes can be found on the Easter Millionaire Raffle Results page.
