How To Play the Millionaire Raffle
Playing the Christmas Millionaire Raffle is simple. Unlike regular lottery draws, it is not possible to choose your numbers for the Christmas Raffle draw, as unique raffle codes are pre-printed and automatically assigned to each player.
The draw itself follows a traditional raffle format and takes place in two stages. The first stage randomly selects the winning tickets and the second stage allocates the set prizes at random to the winning tickets.
The draw takes place on the evening of the 31st December, with results made available early on New Year's Day. Each code can only win once and the top prize of €1,000,000 is guaranteed in every draw, along with the other prize tiers.
Be sure to sign the back of your ticket, as you will need it in order to claim any prizes.
Buy a Millionaire Raffle Ticket
Purchase a Christmas Millionaire Raffle ticket from an authorized National Lottery retailer or online, or via the Irish Lottery App. Tickets cost €25 each and are available in the weeks leading up to the New Year's Eve draw.
Receive Unique Raffle Number
When you get your ticket - whether online or through a retailer - you will get a unique raffle number. No numbers to pick, every ticket number is generated automatically.
Hold Onto Your Ticket
Whether you have a physical ticket or an online confirmation, keep your ticket information safe. Saved in your online account or tucked away somewhere secure. You'll need it to claim a prize if you win.
Wait For The Draw
The draw takes place once a year on 31st December in Ireland, and all winning raffle numbers are randomly selected from the full pool of tickets sold.
Check Your Numbers

Claim Your Prizes
