How To Play Telly Bingo

Telly Bingo is broadcast live on RTÉ One on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, giving you the chance to watch the draw unfold in real time rather than just checking a results page after the fact. Each ticket gives you a unique 24-number grid, and because the centre square is a free space, you're always just one matched number away from needing only 23 to complete a Full House.

Telly Bingo tickets cost €2.50 each to play and you can purchase them at any Ireland lottery retailer or online. Be sure to get your ticket before sales close at 11:00am on draw days, or risk missing out on the Telly Bingo draw!

You can play up to six games in advance with Telly Bingo, with broadcasts airing on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
How Telly Bingo Works
Your ticket will include a grid made from 24 randomly generated numbers, all between 1 and 75. Play along by marking off the numbers drawn to those on your ticket, remembering that the centre is treated as a ‘free number’ that you don’t need to match.
Enjoy the Draw
Get your ticket ready in time for the 12:45pm draw and tune in to any of the draws. The Telly Bingo host will draw balls numbered from 1 to 75, continue to draw numbers until one player has matched all numbers for a Full House.
Check Your Numbers
Compare the numbers on your ticket with the ones that are drawn. There are six ways to win Telly Bingo - Corners, X Cross, Full House, Snowball, Lucky Line, and Phone Risk - and you can head over to the Prizes Page to see how each one works. Check promptly, as the Phone Risk prize must be claimed before 9:00 PM the evening following the draw.

How does the top 'Snowball' prize work?
There are a handful of different ways you can win Telly Bingo, with the biggest prize on offer being the Snowball prize. This category goes to the player or players who achieve a Fullhouse (mark all the numbers on their ticket) before the 45th number is drawn, and the prize starts at €10,000. Of course, if you win the Snowball prize, you'll have also won the main €10,000 Fullhouse prize too.
Often, a draw will go by without any Snowball winners. In this case, the Snowball prize is increased by €5,000 and the number of balls drawn is increased by one (e.g. from 45 to 46, 46 to 47, and so on). Once the Snowball prize is finally won, the prize value and balls drawn are reset to their starting values of €10,000 and 45. In this sense, it functions a lot like a rolling jackpot you'd see in games like Lotto and EuroMillions, increasing for each draw that passes without a win - the only difference is that it also becomes easier to win at the same time.
