Hat-trick of Irish Lotto Jackpot Winners This November?
This month has seen the jackpot claimed twice so far, on the 10th and 24th November 2012, each time by one lucky ticket holder who was able to match all six numbers from the possible 45 on offer. But with one draw to go in November, could we see a hat-trick of jackpot winners? Or will we see the first draw in December have a rollover jackpot?
The last time players of the Irish Lottery saw three separate jackpots won in the space of one month was back in July 2012, when the jackpot was won on the 4th, 14th and 25th, each time by one single ticket holder. Since then, the Irish Lotto has seen an average of one jackpot being won per month, also by single ticket holders, with the exception of the winning draw on 26th September 2012, which saw two lucky players share a €5,771,163 jackpot.
With Christmas fast approaching, it is only natural that players are turning to the lottery more than ever now, not only to see if they can bag a sneaky win before the festive period, but also to pre-buy their tickets for the upcoming Christmas Millionaire Raffle, which is due to take place on 31st December 2012.
