Irish Lotto Jackpot Increases to €5 Million!
The Irish Lotto jackpot has increased to €5 million after no player was able to match all six main numbers drawn. There have been six jackpot rollovers in July, and players will be wondering if the draw coming up on Wednesday will produce a top prize winner before the end of the month. The last player to win the coveted jackpot prize did so nearly a month ago on Saturday 5th July when they picked up €4.4 million.
The winning numbers for the draw held on Saturday 26th July were 2, 12, 19, 35, 38 and 44 with Bonus Ball 9. As well as there being no jackpot winners, there were also no ticket holders to successfully match five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to pick up the second tier prize worth €25,000. However, there were 41 players who matched five main numbers to win €1,583 each, while an additional 87 ticket holders scooped €187 each for matching four main numbers plus the Bonus Ball. The remaining 32,611 winners picked up amounts between €5 for matching three main numbers and €59 for matching four main numbers. If you’re daydreaming about beating the odds and scooping a €5 million jackpot prize, then make sure that you buy your tickets in time for the draw taking place on Wednesday 30th July.
