Irish Lotto Results for Wednesday 1st July 2015
There was an Irish Lotto rollover on Wednesday 1st July to end a run of two draws in a row in which the jackpot had been won, but over 23,000 players still won prizes. The jackpot will now climb to €2.5 million for the next draw on Saturday evening.
The winning numbers last night were 6, 13, 16, 29, 34 and 42 with Bonus Ball 27. Two ticket holders matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to pick up €25,000 each, while another 28 participants matched five main numbers to land €1,540 apiece. The remaining prize winners scooped cash amounts ranging from €5 for matching three main numbers to €164 for matching four main numbers plus the Bonus Ball. The Irish Lotto had been on a great run of jackpot winners until last night, having given away a top prize of €2 million on Saturday to a single lucky ticket holder. The jackpot had also been snapped up in the previous draw on Wednesday 24th June, and a married couple from Dublin have quickly come forward to claim their winnings of €2.9 million. The pair, who wish to remain anonymous, are excited that they will be able to look after their family and enjoy their retirement in style, but first they plan to go on a great holiday.
